In usual Zoho fashion, we've built this in-house and own the full tech stack, so we can provide quality technology without passing on the costs of an acquisition. Alongside Zia LLM, we're also launching Zia Agents, with 25+ ready-to-deploy AI agents available in Agent Marketplace and Zia Agent Studio, a no-code agent builder.

And to close things out, Zoho Flow has introduced subflows: reusable workflow blocks that can be used in any other flow, and outgoing webhooks.
