What’s new?
Nova ’25, our biggest release yet, has been on the move—and it’s been quite the journey.
At Zoholics Malaysia, Fiaz Ahmed, our Product Manager, showcased how bots can seamlessly handle real-time conversations and support use cases across industries. A key highlight was how Zia has been deeply woven into SalesIQ—powering the Answer Bot, simplifying workflows, and delivering productivity features that free up teams to focus on higher-value conversations. Attendees left with a new appreciation for how customer engagement can be scaled without losing the human touch.
At Malaysia Inspire, the focus shifted to strategy—partners discussed not just what AI can do, but how quickly they can bring SalesIQ along with Zia-powered features into their client solutions.
And it didn’t stop there. Beyond these events, we’ve also been collaborating with Zoho’s regional teams across webinars and local meetups, Nova '25 became the centerpiece of discussion. Every time it was introduced, questions came in and we began exploring integration opportunities and real-world deployments where SalesIQ + Zia can deliver tangible business impact.
